I got my iriver h10 5gb 2 days before and it was working fine. Today I connected my iriver to computer from the usb cable as I always did. But when I turned my iriver on it directly went to the main menu (USB CONNECTED DID NOT COME UP) And in computer screen nothing had happened.
Usb entrance to iriver seems working because when I put on the ac adaptor to cable iriver gets charged. Usb entrance to computer also seems fine because the red light turns on as normal. I tried different usb machines such as webcam and it worked fine. I tried all the usb entrances to computer but it did not work. But I am sure that my computers usb's are working good.
What might be the problem please help! Please do not come up with answers like "Are you sure that you connected it right" or "You must have Service Pack installed" and such..
