I noticed the MS Expert Zone logo thingy at the bottom of the page... Are these pages sponsored by MS or something?
PSST???
What does MS in MS Expert ZONE stand for??
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/default.mspx
See the FIRST PART...[url]WWW.MICROSOFT.COM...NO ONE can use that name, for there SITE, Location, ANYTHING, without PAYING MS to use it...and THEY WONT DO THAT.
Do you know MSN...SAME THING...
Or are you talking about the One at the bottom of THIS site?? It was an award, to one of the DT techs..
This is a pretty good site, between all those HERE, we all have abit of knowledge/opinions to share. Some have LOTS of knowledge, otthers Lots of common sence.
Designtechnica is listed as a community site in Microsoft's Expert Zone:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/default.mspx
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/communities/mediaplayer.mspx
http://www.microsoft.com/athome/community/default.mspx
We are usually listed on the right side of the page, under Related Windows XP Communities.
Ioman can talk more about it than I can.

Actually, we should have that link to the Expert Zone instead of the Microsoft website. I won their 2004 Microsoft MVP for Digital Media Award and thought it would be nice to link back to them with the extra space.
This site is only PART of MS, because of Ioman, and his award.
We may not know EVERYTHING about MS, but we can find what we need, and NOT only MS info on problems.
