How do you format the iriver h10 20gb???

well, aaaahhh, hmmm....

If you can see the device under MY COMPUTER, you can right CLICK the device, and select FORMAT....MAKE sure the proper FORMAT is selected...LOOK in your book..SHOULd be FAT, or FAT32...NEVER NTFS..
