Is this a good deal? Seems to me like it is.

http://www.overstock.com/cgi-bin/d2.cgi?PAGE=PROFRAME&PROD_ID=150634

Only $125.00

Ack, I did some research and you can find this DVD player cheap anywhere basically. Kmart even had it for $129.99. So looks like the Overstock.com's retail price and YOUR price text is VERY misleading to me.

Looks like you can find better deals out there.

I think it sounds like a great deal. Thanks for the follow up! I like Philips much more than other brands.

I would go an extra $25 and get the Philips DVD793CH. It's a multi-format (DVD-Video, VCD, SVCD, CD-DA, CD-R/RW and MP3-CD) 5-disc changer with 480p progressive scan video output. I have it and It rules! You could be watching Ass Slammers 45 and if someone comes over unexpected, just hit the skip disc button and now you're watching The Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood. Just keep your sock close at hand. :D

I am going to wait a few months until the 720P progressive scan DVD players hit the market. Can't wait to see the picture quality.

How much are they supposed to cost when they come out? Who's making them?
