Hi there,

I have some trouble with my iriver h10 screen.
Actually, yesterday, my iriver (within
its carrying case) fell to the ground (carpet). It was basically a fall of one foot so I thought it was nothing.

The thing is that when I turned it on, it seemed the
screen was splitted in two. At the top, I saw the
picture of the global menu and at the bottom, the
boot image.

Then a few seconds later, the bottom part became a fuzzy image and the top of the screen froze.
The rest seems to work. I can still
play music and transfer files even though I cannot see
the menus. I tried to reset my h10 many times
but I didn't get any improvement.

Does anyone has experienced the same problem? Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance,

Francois

iRiver is usually very good about replacing their products. I would give them a call, I bet they take good care of ya!

Thank you for your answers. However it is no longer under warranty. I bought it on e-bay 6 months ago (from
an American seller) and it had only a 3 months constructor warranty.

I live in France so sending my iriver back
to the USA is going to be quite expensive...
