i am thinking of buying an iriver h10, do i need a certain verison of win xp such as sp2? thanks

Nope, it should work with SP1. And it works with Media Player 10, so make sure you have that installed.

i dont have sp1 either, would it work with no service packs??

PC SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

• Windows XP (Service Pack 1 or higher)
• CD-ROM Drive
• USB Port

SP1 is a free download, shouldnt be a problem.

SP1 is easy to Download...Sp2, is abit of a monster..Unless you got highspeed access.

im getting the australian version but the site doesnt say anything about service packs, only usb port cdrom and winxp??

Umm, SITE???
you arent buying from a store with a registerd copy??
Updates to windows are on windows.com..
And dialup will take you about 2 days to do them all and properly.
