View Full Version : Charging Zen Micro.
I know it is kind of stupid asking this question but... here goes! I just got a Zen Micro for
Christmas and was so excited about it, but I have one problem Im using my computer to charge the Zen Micro. I've been charging for about 1 day now and the battery does not seem to go up it stays in the same.... Could you guys help me on how to set it up so it is charge the right way?

something on my shuffle, I noticed..
The connection is abit off, on the front of my case, so i wiggle it alittle..The shuffle has a blinking light when its charging..
I would like to know how to turn off power conservation.

Right click My Computer, properties, hardware tab, device manager. Find the USB hubs (generally at the bottom) and double click. There will be a check box that says something like "Allow Windows to turn off this device when not in use to save power." Uncheck that, reboot.
Also try different ports. and if you are using a hub, try connecting it righ to the computer.

I also have another question if that is ok... Do I have to wait until the battery is full then I could add music into my Zen Micro? Because when I connect my Zen Micro in my computer the Zen Micro Media Explorer says that "the device is not connected. Please connect your Zen Micro to the computer"
