We have discussed this before.
SOP(standard operating procedure)
KNOW the company.
If the price is "to GOOD" IT isnt right.
Buying OEM products(even if it dont say it is an OEM) has NO warrenty(generally) except with the company you GOT it from.
OEM products are NOT always the current versions of Hardware, drivers, software.
Just because you are getting it FREE, dont mean you aint paying for it, SOME HOW/WAY.
DONT aim for the CHEAPEST price. AIM for the BEST price, you generally wont get ripped off. Whats the difference. Say you get a price range for a video card $60-$240. CHEAP is the $60, when spending $80-100, would give you a better chance at NOT being screwed.
KNOW your product.
ALWAYS pay for BETTER/extra shipping. Your mail man gets payed to delived INSURED packages Undamaged.
