Best Buy's waranty and support officially suck
Well as most of you know, Best buy has had my laptop for over a month now trying to fix the network jack. After spending a day trying to figure out the problem, they told me they will be replacing the whole motherboard and to expect it to take a couple more weeks. They will not refund my money OR give me a new laptop. I only owned this laptop for 4 weeks before taking it in. Nothing like buying somthing brand new and having it ruined by their technicians.
