Memory and Learning.
Memory:
Memory is any way of storing and representing information. The brain has many ways of doing this. In the past it was suggested that memory is best understood as changes in RNA molecules in nerve cells due to learning. This idea does not generate much interest or support today. We would suggest if the idea returns that what is important would be the location and interconnection of RNA molecules, if they are in fact connected with memory. It should be clear that memory is a complex issue and many approaches are giving us true information but the information has not been linked together in a way that allow us to understand.

The concept goes this way..
If they would TEACH us to THINK, then we would ALL think.
Insted they teach us to MEMORIZE basic facts, and NOT to draw over the lines.

There are a FEW great ones that break the mold, by THINKing about what has been memorized, and making great jumps in thought.
But, in that idea we all start from the SAME point(what was memorized) and NOT from a better point(one that has already been created).

Do you think that this process of memorization and testing is largely due to the fact that from higher level education on down everything is now commercialized? I suppose it is better than our current governement where a few elected people who can be easily corrupted by private or public interests is in charge of deciding what kids learn and how. Oh wait that is already the case, nm.
