zen micro problem
my zen micro is blocked with the message on the screen of "re-building library" what can i do to solve this i have tried everything in the recovery mode!
please help

i ahve one and i dont understand that either but mine wont work i turned it on one day it went into the recovery mode and when i scanned the disk liek there website says then reboot it takes AGES to reboot i had it on the screen with reboot on for ages and it is soooo annoying cos if it is broken my parents will kill me!!! how long does it take to reboot or does it have a RESET button cos that would help if so where???????????

You can always try updating the firmware. That should reformat the whole unit. We had a ton of problems with this product until we updated its firmware. Now it seems to be a lot more stable.

yeh but...
yeh but it takes ages to do that and it was lik rebooting after for like 5 days and i got fed up wiht it so i stopped ok i will try does it ahve a reset button??

updating the firmware?? does mean reloading sorry if stupid but im only 13!!!! and if i dont get this sorted my parnets are gonna kill me!!!!!

Yeah you will have to put the music back on it. I would try updating the firmware. You will have to get it off the Creative Labs website under the support area. Ask your parent to help you.

ok but
ok iw ent on the website and i no how to do it but the pc wont detect the micor in recovery mode and i cant get out of recovery that is the whole preoblem!!! help pls i ahve now contacted creative but i must get this sorted i will love you 4eva if u stick with me giving me new options to try until i sort this out!!

Did you try removing the battery and plugging it back in?

dis seems like a really stupid question but how do you name the tracks you record off the radio?mine are all stored as the dates they were recorded on and i dont no one track from the other.please help me!!

Try renaming them on you computer with Windows Explorer?
