Software Company Rankings

Does anyone know where I can get information on rankings of software companies. I would like to rank companies by the following:

Sector
Revenue
Number of Titles Produced
Number of CD's sold
Major brand names.

For example, we all know Blizzard made several games last year, WarCraft, Diablo2 etc. How many did they sell in aggregate? How did it compare with other companies like Microsoft and Activision?

Not only the game sector, but the office productivity suites or business suites like Intuit (Turbo Tax, Qucken) etc. How many copies did they sell?

Any relevant data would be great. If necessary, just point me to the right links and I will piece together the information. But in general, i want to do an analysis on the biggest ones (top 100 maybe?)

Companies like Oracle and PeopleSoft don't count because they don't do retail software

My guess is that you are going to need access to a college library or a REAALLY good public library.
