Does it mean that 00 is crapyer (older version with more bugs??)

Hello,

HDD120 - this is what the numbers stand for:
00 - Mainly every other country besides the ones listed below, version
05 - Ireland and the UK version
17 - US version
37 - US version
10 - Hong Kong version
99 - Refurbished
