Good "output oriented" PMP?

We recently got a Minivan that has a Video screen, and component inputs (Red/White/Yellow) for audio & video. We're totally digital at home, using iTunes for everything (what's a CD or DVD?) so I'm looking for a portable player to plug into the minivan to play MP3 playlists and video.

I don't really care about it's own screen or playback quality but I care how well it drives an external screen or audio. However I need component video output (or an adapter for that), a way to charge it in the car (USB charging would be best or a normal car adapter), an interface that allows playlists or categories, a way to pump out video, and ideally some way to syncronize with iTunes (but we can work around that if necessary).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
