Crashing browser and computer!!! Help please...

My browser just crashes randomly, I have downloaded fire fox, safari and the latest windows explorer and it keeps happening. I also have been getting a rash of "blue screens", the pc just locks up. I am running an updated MacAfee scanner. I can not figure out whats happening. I have done system restores, registry cleans, defrags, uninstalled drivers and software. it keeps happening. Can anyone help!?!?!?

Your copy of HijackThis needs to be in a folder of it's own. When HJT fixes anything, it makes backups of the original files in the folder it is in. For this reason it cannot be run from a Zip file or from Temporary folders because the backups will be deleted. Having the backups could be VITAL to restoring your system if something went wrong in the FIX process!


1. Please go to you're 'My Documents' folder, right-click and select 'New > Folder' then name the folder 'HJT'.

2. Copy and paste HijackThis.exe to the new folder.

3. SCAN with HJT

4. POST the new log in this thread using 'Add Reply'

This log looks ok, One unknown but I don't think its the problem.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.

Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location and post the results.
Also "copy/paste" a new HijackThis log file into this thread.
