Unhappy Pioneer a06 Bad Flash.. H-E-L-P

I have just flashed my a06. Unfortunately it was a bad one. My pc recognises the drive but I am unable to write a disk. Every time I try to flash the drive again, the whole process fails with an "unknown error".

Any suggestions?? (Apart from thowing the drive out the nearest window).
