Asus P4B533 a good mobo?

Asus P4B533 a good mobo?

I'm not very up to date on my Pentium 4 stuff (well I'm not very up to date on anything right now).

http://usa.asus.com/mb/socket478/p4b533/overview.htm

Is this a good board? My system is giving me serious issues...and right now I'm think I'm going to blame the motherboard....the IDE controller seemed to be going because all 4 of my IDE devices are giving me trouble...now my floppy drive is to...

My hollywood plus won't get along very well with something either....

I've hated Via for a long time....for some reason I made the mistake of not trusting my instincts and I bought a board with a 686B south...I'm not doing that again....Via can go **** themselves.

I do however have 2 perfectly good sticks of 2-2-2 PC2100 266DDR SDRAM that I'd like to continue using, so I'm looking at the i845E chipset....

What do you think of this board? Good? Bad? Ugly?
