Has anyone had any experience with this product? It sounds interesting. And for $16.95, I figure its's worth a shot... but is it worth monkeying around my whole living room?

THere should be a TechTV special on it tonight, so we'll see...

Porsche911 is on a distinguished road
looks like a scam to me, I would be curious to see what TechTV says. And I am certainly not putting a hole in my wall for my TV either haha.

I would be leary of any 'company' that has a post office box as a main way to contact them...with no phone number provided as well. I've heard of the lenses before (garbage reviews), and IMO if you can build the thing out of cardboard...you get what you pay for. Or less.

Another thing to consider is that you are enlarging a picture of a TV so the quality they claim to have is only as good as the tv you put in the box. So if you look at a low res picture and then enlarge it, guess what you get a large picture with big pixels and even more loss of resolution. Pretty nice scam though, think I might try that with my computer monitor, should be able to find one of those lens some where around here.....Man I could be playing starcraft with life size creatures.

I think you hit the nail on the head. This just looks way to weird to me. You usually get what you pay for.

BTW, lilbudda, why not choose an avatar. They just uploaded a ton of cool ones.

2 plastic lenses, and sides(cardboard) to block the sides, probably with metal foil.

Unless you can get 1000+ Lumens from the contrast, forget it.
