ThinkSecret.com hires lawyer to fight Apple
http://www.thinksecret.com/news/defense.html
I gotta say that Apple is really upsetting me with this lawsuit, I am not sure I will ever buy an Apple product after the way they are treating people.

Here is an update:
http://www.internetnews.com/bus-news...le.php/3464611 "The lawsuit against Ciarelli, Gross said, wasn't filed by Apple to find out the sources of the leak -- they could have just subpoenaed the information. Rather, it was intended to intimidate bloggers, or "citizen journalists" as they sometimes call themselves, from publishing confidential information. " This makes me pretty upset at Apple.

Apple won the suit: http://news.designtechnica.com/article6741.html
Wow can you believe that? If I was a blog owner that had to rely on trade secrets and and confidential information/rumors, I would seriously be worried.
